For small everyday orders, the fastest route is usually Uber Eats, DoorDash, or Fantuan. That is the simplest way to get food moving for one person or a casual meal.
For office lunches, planned group meals, or deliveries where timing matters, contact us directly instead. From our side, that is the better setup for confirming the menu, headcount, and handoff instructions clearly.

The direct group-delivery path usually makes the most sense for 10+ people or orders over $200, especially when the drop-off time needs to line up with a meeting, lunch break, or event.
Free group delivery is available for orders serving 10+ people or $200+ (within the 5km radius). There is no minimum for pickup.
If you are below that threshold, pickup or app delivery is usually the better option. If you are above it, direct coordination tends to make the order much easier to manage.
Condo deliveries are typically handed off at the front desk or lobby. Office deliveries may also need a security desk, reception point, or loading-area instruction.
If you need door-to-door drop-off, elevator access, or a very specific handoff point, please tell us in advance. Building rules can affect timing, and sometimes added time or fees.
We recommend ordering at least 24 hours in advance for catering or planned group delivery.
During peak times and holidays, please plan 48 hours ahead if possible. The more important the arrival window, the more valuable that extra notice becomes.
We can often still help, but we need to confirm the route first. Outside the standard radius, delivery fees may apply depending on distance and timing.

We’ll do our best to accommodate, but cross-contact may be possible in a shared kitchen, so severe allergies should always be discussed with us directly.
Utensils and napkins are not included by default. If you need them, please request them in advance so we can pack the order properly.
