Common questions before you order

We’re located at 175 Dundas St W, Toronto, ON M5G 1C7, right in downtown Toronto.

That puts us in a practical spot for nearby offices, condos, students, visitors, and groups around the Dundas corridor who want dine-in, pickup, delivery, or planned catering without ordering from far across the city.

Mon–Sat: 11am – 9pm

Sunday: 3pm – 9pm

Hours may vary on holidays or special service days. If you are planning around a meeting, reservation, or longer trip downtown, call +1 (416) 581-8668 first so you are working with the latest information.

Walk-ins are welcome when space allows, but reservations are the safer choice if the timing matters to you.

For date nights, birthdays, team dinners, or any group that does not want to risk waiting, book online or call +1 (416) 581-8668 so we can prepare properly.

For a solo meal or a smaller casual order, pickup, dine-in, or a delivery app is usually the easiest route.

For individual / small-group delivery, order via our delivery partners:

If the order is for a meeting, office lunch, staff meal, or a group where timing and headcount matter, contact us directly instead. That is the better path from our side for making sure the order lands cleanly.

Yes. We regularly serve nearby condos, apartments, and office buildings in downtown Toronto.

Standard handoff is usually at the front desk, lobby, or agreed building entrance. If your building has access restrictions, concierge rules, or a loading area that drivers need to know about, tell us in advance so we can plan for it.

No minimum for pickup.

Free group delivery (within 5km) is available for 10+ people or $200+ CAD orders.

For smaller delivery orders, apps are usually the better fit. For organized team meals, office lunches, or any order where distribution and timing matter, the group path is usually worth it.

We recommend ordering at least 24 hours in advance.

For peak times and holidays, we suggest 48 hours (or more) to secure your preferred delivery window.

If the meal is tied to a meeting start, a campus event, or a workplace lunch break, earlier notice always gives us a better chance to make the experience smooth on your end.

Our standard direct-delivery range is within 5km of 175 Dundas St W.

If you’re outside the range, we can usually still help — please contact us and we’ll confirm availability, timing, and any distance-based delivery fee before you commit.

The most helpful starting details are date, delivery or pickup time, address, guest count, budget range, dietary needs, and whether the meal is for an office, event, or home gathering.

The clearer the brief, the faster we can tell you whether a standard order works or whether we should build something more tailored.

Yes — Evergreen Thai Kitchen & Bar has vegetarian options available, and we’re known for our no-MSG menu.

That makes us a practical choice when one order needs to satisfy different appetites and comfort levels, not just one type of diner. Looking for a fully plant-based meal? Our sister restaurant next door at 173 Dundas St W, Vegedelight Vegetarian Restaurant, focuses on Chinese vegetarian cuisine — including standout Sichuan-style plant-based dishes.

Same ownership, two menus — choose Thai vegetarian options at Evergreen, or go fully plant-based next door at Vegedelight.

Please let us know about allergies or dietary restrictions before the order is finalized, and we’ll do our best to guide you.

Allergy-safe preparation depends on the kitchen workflow and ingredients; if you have a severe allergy, call us before ordering so we can be direct about what is and is not realistic.

For corporate catering / direct delivery orders, please contact us by phone or email.

After you submit your catering request, please include a contact name and phone number. Our manager will call to confirm details and take a credit card deposit.

A receipt will be emailed to you the same day, so the paperwork side stays simple for workplace or reimbursed orders.

Yes — if you tell us your group size and preferences (spice level, dietary needs, etc.), we can recommend a set of our signature dishes.

For example, if your budget is $200 CAD for 10 people, we can build a balanced set with a mix of curries, noodles, appetizers, and vegetarian coverage instead of leaving you to guess how much variety you need.
